How are products delivered?
After server-side payment verification, the purchased file or secure download link is sent to the email used at checkout. No physical item is shipped.
Is checkout active?
No. The public checkout is currently disabled until a payment gateway and email-delivery backend are fully connected and verified.
What if the email does not arrive?
Check spam first, then contact support from the purchase email and include the order reference. We may resend the same assigned delivery after verification.
Products & access
Can I share or resell a purchased file?
No, unless the listing expressly grants resale or team rights. The default license is personal or single-business use.
Will every file work with my software?
Compatibility depends on the file format stated on the product page. Customers should check requirements before purchasing.
Refunds
Are digital purchases refundable?
Refund eligibility depends on whether the file was delivered or accessed, and whether it was defective, duplicated or materially different from its description. See the Refund Policy for details.
